Responsibilities

Expert grasp of current marketing strategies, activities, and tools with ability to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will work with leadership, the marketing team, clinical team, developers, vendors, partners, and customers to deliver impactful activities on time and on budget.

  • Ability to perform in a highly functioning, fast paced start-up
  • Manage all aspects of digital marketing activities, including web, email, display advertising, LinkedIn advertising, SEO/SEM, etc
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Collaborate and lead teams to produce highly polished marketing collateral to unique market segments
  • Manage the creation of new thought leader videos and blog articles
  • Solid understanding and working knowledge of social media (LinkedIn and Twitter specifically)
  • Ability to evaluate conferences, speaking engagements, webinars and manage both small and large conferences
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on those insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to create landing pages and collateral to optimize user experience
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Manage and collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

 

Qualifications

Requirements

  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in segmentation, identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HootSuite, etc)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Mix of creative out of the box thinking and strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

Preferences

  • Experience with Salesorce CRM and Pardot email marketing platform
  • Experience with various CMS platforms, Expression Engine
  • Knowledge of the healthcare, pharma, payer, provider ecosystem and possible messaging points
