    In the role of Sales Development Representative, you’ll collaborate with the Chief Revenue Officer and Commercial team to support the lead development strategy and extend opportunities across the health plan, health system/ACO and employer markets.


    • You will be responsible for finding and qualifying new opportunities with potential target buyers
    • Identifying and contacting client targets through a variety of modalities – phone, email, LinkedIn, social
    • Qualifying in-bound leads from the web site and marketing campaigns
    • Assist with post-conference follow up to identify qualified buyers
    • Work collaboratively with the Commercial and Marketing teams
    • Support the development of a qualified, growing pipeline
    • Represent Welldoc’s mission and purpose with passion, evangelizing the value of innovative approaches


    Candidate Profile

    • Basic understanding of health care segments and/or digital health with an eagerness to learn
    • Three to five-year track record of successfully meeting – or exceeding – goals to identify qualified targets 
    • Excel working in a fast-paced, growing start up environment where things are evolving quickly and market awareness and education is key
    • Independent worker driven to succeed without constant oversight, competitive, wants to win and be a part of a winning team
    • Agile, enjoys test-and-learn approaches, constantly pushes to succeed in new ways, bold, unafraid, adventurous
    • B.A. or B.S. required
