    Job Purpose


    Welldoc, a leader in the digital health space, is searching for a Paid Search Specialist with a minimum of 3 years' experience to join our digital marketing team in Columbia, MD. Healthcare knowledge is a requirement. The ideal candidate will have experience specifically in the B2B digital health industry with specific focus on lead generation.


    The Paid Search Specialist will develop, implement and monitor pay-per-click (PPC) marketing campaigns, and be measured on reaching lead goals, targeting Cost Per Lead (CPL), and surpassing other key performance metrics. By exhibiting proven, in-depth knowledge of the technologies and processes involved in running paid search campaigns, this individual will work with the team to implement a diverse digital marketing plan on time and within budget.


    Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to Google Marketing Platform, Google Analytics, and similar web analytics platforms. This role requires a team player with the leadership skills to manage multiple projects, each with various versioning requirements, and also meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


    As a marketing team member at Welldoc, you’ll work with internal stakeholders to schedule, build, launch, and report on marketing campaigns. Beyond managing paid search campaigns, the candidate will also play an integral role in overall marketing strategic initiatives to evolve the team and scale efforts.



    Required Education & Special Skills


    • A./ B.S. required
    • Certified in Google AdWords and Google Analytics 3 years' experience in digital marketing account management with healthcare.
    • Experience with Google Display Network, including remarketing and contextual advertising
    • Experience working in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Bing Analytics, and Bing Ads.
    • Proven ability to navigate WordPress, troubleshoot issues, and fulfill technical SEO resolutions within WordPress.
    • Clear, compelling, and actionable SEO reporting ability, focused on client KPIs, impact of work, and insightful trends.
    • Strong communication skills, and an ability to clearly present ideas.
    • Strong editorial and content-creation abilities.
    • Advanced capability with Excel and Google Sheets.
