    Job Purpose

    Ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in project and product management including proficiency in the project life cycle from project initiation through project closure.  Additional proficiencies include a basic understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies, product development and change management.   


    The candidate will work closely with clinical staff, external customers, web and mobile software developers, and quality assurance testers within a fast-paced environment.


    • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
    • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
    • Develop and manage sustainment project plans that establish scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
    • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
    • Report and escalate to management as needed
    • Coordinate with internal and external team members. 
    • Clarify requirements to ensure project execution according to plan. Identify and mitigate project risks.
    • Manage external vendors throughout the delivery lifecycle. 
    • Lead contracting and project execution, ensuring accountability and project delivery according to time, scope, budget, and quality.
    • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
    • Collaborate across global enterprise to deliver quality products.
    • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals


    • Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
    • Demonstrated progressive experience in managing projects.
    • Demonstrated ability to use project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus
    • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
    • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
    • Experience in using Atlassian tools like JIRA and Confluence is a plus
    • Experience with process improvement and inventory control
    • Proficiencies include a basic understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies, product development and change management.
