    Position Overview:

    We are growing our marketing team and are looking for an experienced Product Marketing professional who, will lead Product Marketing and Demand Generation for our products.  Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will leverage your deep knowledge of  the healthcare market (health Plans, employers, health systems and ACOs) and OR Digital Health to build meaningful marketing initiatives that position WellDoc as a pioneer in Digital Therapeutics while underscoring the value of this evolving care management intervention.

     In an extremely crowded space, you will help Welldoc increase awareness among key buyer targets, capture share of voice and build out baseline marketing needs as well as multi-channel campaigns in order to drive meaningful leads into the top of the funnel. This would include the responsibility for concepting, crafting, and deploying multi-channel campaigns focused on awareness and conversion to sales. You will support driving customer acquisition through online channels—including social media, in-person, online, and other demand generation avenues. A key focus of this role will be to support the management of WellDoc’s digital presence, including website, digital advertising, landing pages, email campaigns etc, all of which ultimately translate to an increase in qualified leads.

    This position is responsible for overseeing the planning, development and execution of Welldoc’s marketing and advertising initiatives and will collaborate closely with internal partners, including the Chief Revenue Officer.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Drive demand generation by developing, implementing and managing marketing campaigns through a variety of digital channels
    • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for revenue growth
    • Identify and capitalize on new strategies and channels for digital marketing
    • Acting as digital marketing SME, collaborate with other Marketing teams on opportunities in areas such as online advertising, digital reputation, SEO, etc.
    • Develop and execute creative new marketing campaigns, working with the Content team to bring the campaigns to life
    • Drive and manage A/B and multivariate tests; deliver results as well as insights for the WellDoc team
    • Define, drive and measure KPIs for all initiatives
    • Represent Growth Marketing as a strategic asset for WellDoc
    • Continuously innovate the approach to Growth Marketing
    • Optimize SEO strategy for the Website, drive lead generation
    • Design and create marketing collateral including digital content, website, and emails
    • Coordinate, manage, drive and participate in promotional activities
    • Collaborate with Sales and other leaders to create compelling demand generation content and offerings
    • Manage Paid and Organic media programs as well as partner with external consultants



    • A minimum of 10 years of marketing experience in B2B healthcare products/services, Healthcare Payor experience is preferred
    • Successful track record of planning and rolling out marketing campaigns and ability to identify and implement scalable process improvements using a data-driven approach
    • Hand-on experience in one or more of the following: Social Media, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, SEO, SEM and Market Automation
    • Prior experience with Google analytics, Marketing Automation tools is desirable
    • Successful brand development and lead generation execution in both traditional and evolving channels
    • A proactive, hands-on, independent self-starter with enthusiasm for teamwork and collaboration
    • BA or BS required; MBA preferred
    • Significant experience in a Growth Marketing role, driving demand generation through a variety of digital channels in the Healthcare sector
    • An innovative approach to digital channels and prospecting
    • A proven track record of driving projects to completion
    • A natural people-orientation and knack for quickly forming trust-based relationships with diverse sets of people
    • A well-honed system for managing time and priorities, even if those priorities shift to meet customer needs
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • A creative approach to problem solving, and the ability to problem-solve in real-time
    • Strong analytical skills, with a knack for analyzing results, providing insights and making the decision to move forward, based on supporting data
    • Success working cross-functionally and influencing teams
