Position Overview:
The Director, Human Resources will work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to develop and manage effective HR programs, practices, policies and systems in in all areas. This is a hands-on, “roll up your sleeves” position, within a fast paced, dynamic environment. Initially, you will be an HR department of one, but you will be responsible for building a team as the company grows. The successful candidate will help shape the organizational structure to match the ambitions of the company, and will continually assess the suitability and effectiveness of programs and recommend changes as necessary.
The Director, Human Resources will build credibility throughout the organization by establishing relationships with management and employees and will be an effective listener and problem solver. They will promote cross functional learning, collaboration, and the sharing of information, experiences, and best practices. They will serve as a vocal and visible champion of WellDoc’s culture and, values, ensuring opportunities for inspiration, integration and improvement and as advocate for a workplace environment consistent with the values and mission of the company. They will provide strategic leadership by articulating and championing Human Resource priorities and plans to the executive management team.
