    We are seeking an Event Coordinator to support Welldoc’s event logistics for in-person and virtual clinical, marketing and sales, and thought leadership events. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the marketing and sales teams with event logistics, overseeing the tradeshow strategy, budget reconciliation, management of association memberships, and communications with vendors.

     

    This role requires working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure strategic objectives, targeted budget, and deadlines associated are met. This individual will be a member the marketing team, but will work collaboratively with other teams involved in events.

    Responsibilities

    • Support conference and tradeshow logistics for 30+ conferences annually
    • Identify and research new industry conferences
    • Maintain the conference calendar and communicate to internal stakeholders
    • Manage sponsor/exhibitor/speaker/attendee benefits and deadlines associated
    • Initiate creation of various marketing collateral, including print, digital, and giveaways
    • Ensure messaging and overall event experiences align with brand guidelines and event best practices
    • Assist with expense reports, invoice, and budget reconciliation
    • Track, evaluate and report on event results and ROI
    • Coordinate promotion of events via social media, press and media outreach, and through other creative marketing outlets
    • Participate and attend events as needed

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree required
    • Working knowledge of WordPress and Pardot is a plus
    • 1-4 years of marketing and/or event experience
    • Demonstrated organizational skills with strong attention to detail
    • Ability to produce quality work in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent writing and editing skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    • Prior project management experience is required
    • Familiarity and experience with principles of marketing/PR/events is preferred
    • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to adapt to changing priorities
    • Upbeat personality, positive attitude, ability to work well in a collaborative environment
