    In the role of Senior Demand Generation Marketing Manager, you’ll create, build, test and deploy demand generation campaigns and programs to acquire, nurture and qualify leads that convert into measurable, repeatable and predictable sales and revenue growth for Welldoc. Your campaigns will deliver meaningful multi-channel digital interactions that create positive experiences and outcomes for customers and differentiates Welldoc from the competition.

     

    • Analyze and interpret what behaviors and patterns make customers loyal to Welldoc and promote retention. 
    • Create the strategy for nurturing our leads through a mix of helpful content and other calls-to-action.
    • Own the optimization and delivery of demand gen marketing campaigns, programs and tactics that generate new leads and improve customer conversion rates.
    • Fully leverage Pardot to develop and implement lead nurture programs that nurture, score and qualify leads.
    • Find new approaches to lead nurturing, including, but not limited to a mix of digital tactics (channels) such as: paid/organic search, paid/organic social, display (direct, native, re-targeting), content syndication, blogging, and email.
    • Closely collaborate with the Content Marketing team in the planning, delivery and performance measurement of demand gen marketing campaigns and programs.
    • Leverage data stored in SFDC and in other places to develop/deploy personalized outbound campaigns that compel customers to: buy a new Welldoc solution; buy related Welldoc solutions; or renew their existing Welldoc solutions.
    • Represent Welldoc’s mission and purpose with passion, evangelizing the value of innovative approaches
    • Build a world-class customer experience within our demand generation programs.

    Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • BA/BS or equivalent working experience
    • Expert proficiency in B2B Demand Generation; B2C a plus.
    • 3+ years of experience required
    • Proficient in content marketing, digital marketing and marketing automation
    • Proven track record of acquiring, nurturing, scoring, qualifying and passing leads to the sales channels
    • Demonstrated success in meeting / exceeding marketing-attributed sales targets and generating positive ROI
    • Strong analytical skills, execution skills and problem-solving skills
    • Strong collaboration, teamwork and relationship-building skills across multiple levels and functions in the organization
    • Advanced knowledge of digital marketing, marketing automation and CRM landscape
    • Prior experience with Pardot OR Marketo OR HubSpot and SalesForce
    • Excellent writer and communicator with the ability to align that communication with the larger company tone.
    • A proactive, independent self-starter approach, with enthusiasm for teamwork and collaboration
    • A passion for Welldoc’s mission and a desire to drive positive change in the health care industry
