Reporting to the Director of Client Implementations, this role will focus on assisting the implementation manager with the implementation of Welldoc solutions for external clients. 

Key Responsibilities:


  • Tactical and operational configuration of Welldoc solutions to ensure successful implementation for our clients.
  • Develop a solid understanding of company products and service capabilities.
  • Review and understand key project deliverables.
  • Configure Welldoc product for client delivery, as identified in scope of work.
  • Review, test and troubleshoot final system configuration.
  • Support tier 2 needs to determine root cause and resolve user complaints.
  • Maintains proper handling of data to ensure compliance with HIPAA standards and corporate policies.
  • Facilitates SFTP setup and secure delivery of inbound/outbound data
  • Responsible for generation and timely delivery of outbound data files to clients
  • Configure new customer accounts and access codes
  • Generate reports to support customer invoicing
  • Setup and manage BlueStar demo access
  • Setup and manage BlueStar management portal account access
  • Initiate account-specific user surveys and process survey reports
  • Trigger monthly email and SMS campaigns to both prospect and registered users
  • Support other Implementation support functions as required
  • Identify and escalate risk to quality or project timeline
  • Responsible for client satisfaction through the implementation process
  • In addition to the above, this individual will also work on other projects of limited complexity in a support role.



  • 2+ years prior experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience implementing SaaS solutions in the healthcare space, understanding integration points with health systems and health plans a plus.
  • Possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions
  • A keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Detailed organizational skills, with the ability to work on multiple project with internal and external stakeholders across varying timelines
  • Self-starter, team player with a can-do attitude; who demonstrates initiative, thrives in a fast paced, collaborative work environment
  • Proficiency in SQL, MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and project management tools/applications
